Ionia Daily Sentinel, 25 Jul 1916

Mrs. Merriba Snooks, wife of Wm. Snooks, died at 9 o’clock Monday evening at her
home near Saranac.  She was 75 years old.  The funeral will be held Thursday at
1 o’clock.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in Saranac Cemetery.]
