The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, October 23, 1924

Following her son, Leigh Snow, in death by a little over three months and on 
the eve of an anticipated vacation, Mrs. Jennie Show died at her home in 
Ronald township Wednesday evening at 9:30.  

Mrs. Snow was ill but two days with rheumatism.  It is stated that the disease 
went to her heart, causing her death.  Mr. and Mrs. Snow were to have left 
next week for a winter’s vacation in Florida.  Mrs. Snow, who before her 
marriage was Miss Jennie Coon, of Hillsdale, was 59 years of age.

The funeral will be held from the family residence Sunday afternoon at 2:30 
standard time.  Burial will be at Woodard Lake cemetery.

Mrs. Snow is survived by her husband, Chauncey Snow, and one daughter, Mrs. 
Nettie Steadman.
