Alonzo Snow died Saturday May 9, 1903, aged 38 years.  The deceased came to this
city nearly two years ago from Fairplains and worked in the factory, his health
had not been good for some time and before his death which occurred at his
sister’s in Greenville he had gone there only recently.  Mr. Snow was a member
of the Maccabee lodge which body attended the funeral held in the Baptist church
Monday afternoon, Rev. H.N. Spear officiating.  He leaves a wife and three
children to mourn his loss.
