Sudden Death of Michael Snyder.

Passed Away At Home Of Nephew, John Snyder, Was 70 Years Of Age.

Michael Snyder, 70, died suddenly Monday noon at the home of his nephew, John 
Snyder, who resides on the first farm south of the Portland-Danby bridge.  
Funeral services were held this forenoon at St. Patrick’s church.  Burial was 
made in Westphalia cemetery.

Mr. Snyder was born in Clinton county and had spent most of his lifetime in 
Westphalia township.  He had never been married and for the past six years had 
made his home with relatives in the vicinity of Portland.  One brother 
survives, Nathan Snyder, of Westphalia, father of John Snyder, at whose home 
his death occurred.
