The Ionia Daily Standard, Friday, July 8, 1898
John D. Snyder died at his home in north Ionia township yesterday, at age of 
63 years.  The funeral will be attended on Sunday from the house on the 
Holcomb district in the morning and interment will be in Otisco.  The 
Spiritualist service will be conducted by a lady from Grand Ledge.
