     Excerpts from Saranac Online Obituary

             Danny Boyd Solmonson

Died January 20, 2023-age 69 of Grand Rapids,MI, with Lung Cancer.
Born October 15, 1954 in Detroit,MI to Clifford & Dori (Gorsuch) Solomonson.
He attended school in Vestaburg, MI, then enlisted in the Army serving 1971-
1973.
Danny was an amazing artist, played the guitar, liked fishing, camping & 
floating the West Michigan rivers and streams & time with his grandchildren.
Surviving is his soulmate of 24 years, Bonnie Stefans of Grand Rapids,MI; her 
daughter Kimberly Braniff of Virginia; his daughters, Crystal (Joel) Culter of 
Eaton Rapids,MI, Charity Anderson of Grand Rapids,MI & Margie Solomonson of 
Grand Rapids,MI. 
Also grandchildren:Erin, Ryan & Riley Cutler; Carter & Lily Wade & Kaiden 
Campbell. Brothers, Larry Dickinson, Dave (Cindy) Solomonson, Steve Solomonson, 
James Solomonson & sister, Donna Lampi.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clifford & Dori Solomonson, brother, Thomas 
Solomonson, sister Linda St.Antoine & two sister-in-law Marilyn Dickinson & 
Saundra Solomonson. Also by Bonnie's parents, Henry & Doris Emelander.
Cremation has taken place.
Celebration of Life with Military honors on January 20, 2023 from 2-6 PM at the 
American Legion Post 179, 2327, Wilson Ave. SW Grand Rapids,MI
Arrangements cared for by Lake Funeral Home of Saranac.
