Sentinel-Std. - Monday, Jan. 13, 1975

BELDING- A veteran of World War II, Donald N. Souder, 50, of 414 East Center 
street, died Saturday evening in Grand Rapids Butterworth hospital following an 
illness of several months.

An employee of Metals Corporation of Belding, he married Janet A. Wright on 
April 11, 1950 in Alburn, Indiana.

Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Robin at home; father, Nelson Souder of 
Alburn, Indiana; one sister, Mrs. Wendall Jones of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. 

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:30 pm at the Charles M. Courser funeral 
home in Belding. Rev. Eugene Lewis will officiate. Military services will be at 
the Hugo-Fales post number 203, American legion, Belding.

A memorial fund has been established for the Michigan crippled child society.

The family will be at the funeral home Monday from 7-8:30 pm. Tuesday from 1-3 
pm, and 7-8:30 pm.

Pallbearers are John Geisen, Victor Larson, Paul Clark, Fred Rowe, Robert Barger 
and Olen Bunting.
