The Ionia County News, Thursday, May 4, 1939

Miss Charlotte Soule died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Inman, Easton 
township, Thursday evening, April 27 after about three years illness.  She was 
78 years old.  Born in Detroit, September 15, 1860 Miss Soule had lived in 
Ionia many years.

Rev. C. A. Brady conducted the funeral service which was held from Stone 
Funeral home, E. Washington, Saturday afternoon, April 29.  Pall bearers were 
Alex Marchbank, E. S. Nowland, George Comstock and Ralph Smith. Burial was in 
Highland Park cemetery.
