Ionia County News – Thursday, 22 May 1924

The funeral for Fred Soule, who died at his family residence at 830 Hackett 
Street, late Monday, following an illness of several months, was held 
Wednesday afternoon from the late home at 1 o’clock and from the Palo Baptist 
church at 2 o’clock.  Complication of diseases was given as the cause of Mr. 
Soule’s death.  Mr. Soule was born in Bushnell Township and farmed in that 
vicinity until two years ago, at which time he moved to Ionia.  He is survived 
by a widow, three step-children, Ethel Mohleny of Carson City, Mrs. Kittie 
Munger and Bessie Low of Palo; three sisters, Hattie Hill of Sheridan; 
Marville Tyler of Bellaire, and one brother, Dan Soule of Bellaire.
