Carson City Gazette, 15 May 1908

Mrs. Carolyn Soule, widow of Oscar Soule, died Tues. eve., at the home of her
son-in-law, Win Getz.  Her age was 73.  She has been in feeble health for
several years, and seriously sick for past two years.  She leaves two daughters:
Mrs. Getz of this city and Mrs. Clara Smith of Lansing.  She had been a resident
of Ionia for the larger part of her life.  Funeral service at the Getz home, 380
King street, at 2 p.m. [unreadable].  She was a spiritualist in faith, and the
service will be conducted [unreadable] of Grand Ledge.  Interment [unreadable].

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary car that she was
buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.]
