Soule died at 12:15 Fri., at the home on Rice street, where he leaves one sister, Mary, now the only survivor of the family of his father, Benjamin Soule. Marcus was 59 years old. He was never married, making his home with his sisters. He was born in New York state 59 years ago, but had been a resident of Ionia about half a century. He had been ailing two or three weeks with grip, but kept stubbedly at his work until Monday afternoon, when he was obliged to take to his bed, and a physician was called later. Kidney trouble developed, and death was caused by uremic poisoning. Funeral was at the home at 2 p.m. Monday. [Transcriber's Note: There is a notation on the obituary card that he was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.] File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/mi/ionia/obits/s/soule33752nob.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.net/mifiles/ File size: 1.3 Kb
