Alexander “Lex” Souza III, 46, of Belding, died Sunday morning, Nov. 9, 2008 at 
Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids.

Alexander was born Aug. 12, 1961 in East Providence, R.I. the son of Alexander 
and Beatrice Leandro Souza Jr. Alexander was a cook at several Belding 
Restaurants including the Village Hearth, the Belding Saloon and the Driftway. 
He was an avid sports fan who loved Belding football, the Detroit Lions and 
enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was happiest being outside with his family.

He was married on April 16, 1983 to Debra Warner and she survives along with 
their three children, Shawn (Dacia) Chesebro of Hastings, Chandra Lynne DeGood 
and friend Mike Cunliffe of Greenville, Damian Chesebro of Nashville, Alexander 
Souza IV and friend, Samantha Jo Rachkam of Belding and Jeremiah James “JJ” 
Souza of Belding; grandchildren Tyler, Kearsten and Logan DeGood and Brody 
Chesebro; his brother, Robert Radomske Jr. and fiancée, Fran Hallowell of 
Elwell; sister, Suellen Radomske and fiancée, Larry Houck of Vestaburg and his 
stepfather, Robert Radomske of California.

He was preceded by his parents and one brother, Gary Radomske.

Funeral and committal services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Johnson-Feuerstein 
Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Ken Harger of Shiloh Community Church 
officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. 
Interment will be at a later date in Eureka township Cemetery. Memorial 
contributions may be given to the wishes of the family. Condolences may be
