Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Nov. 20, 1961

LYONS- Ney Spaulding, 82, of rural Muir died at 8 o'clock Monday morning in 
Carson City hospital.

He was born in Lyons township, July 15, 1879, and was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; one son, John Fremont Spaulding of Muir; two 
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother; Charles Spaulding of 
Lansing; three stepsons, Lester Dunn of Ionia, Lyle of Birmingham and Laurin of 
Grand Rapids.

Masonic funeral service will be held at Lyons Methodist church Wednesday at 2 
p.m., with burial at East Plains cemetery.
