The Hastings Reminder, March 1999

Mr. Paul Raymond Speas, age 63, of Lady Lake and formerly of Lake Odessa, 
passed away Saturday, March 20, 1999.  Mr. Speas was born in Cleveland, he 
moved to Lady Lake from Fruitland Park in 1994.  

He was a retired Realtor and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in 
Leesburg.

Mr. Speas is survived by his wife, Joanne; son, Theodore of Lakeland; 
daughter, Malinda Bloomingdale of Cross Junction, Virginia; father, Joseph of 
Lansing; mother, Doriene Demond of Hastings; brother, George of Woodland; four 
sisters, Eileen McIntyre of Lansing, Sharon Engle of Marquette, Shirley Wilson 
of Grand Rapids, and Valerie Morgan of Battle Creek; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Speas will be held on July 17, 1999 at 1:00 p.m. at 
the Kilpatrick Church.  Luncheon will follow at the home of John & Pat Hall, 
12051 Charlotte Highway, Portland, Michigan.
