Daily Sentinel – Friday, 31 March 1916

The funeral services for the late Rev. Henry F. Speckin were conducted at the 
German Lutheran church on North Jefferson Street and were very largely 
attended.  Rev. Richter, of Sanborn, preached in English and Rev. Poch of 
Grand Rapids in German.  The bearers were R. A. Redemsky, Fred Redemsky, Chas. 
Schnell, Fred J. Speckin of Lansing and Clarence Steffens of Leland.
