Ionia Sentinel Standard, 20 Nov 2004

Brian Speckin, age 50, of Ionia passed away Nov. 17, 2004.  He was born in 
Ionia on October 8, 1954, the son of Clair and Anne Speckin.  He attended Ionia 
High School.  Brian lived in the Ionia area for most of his life, and worked in 
Belding for many years.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Clair.  He is survived by his 
mother, Anne Speckin of Belding, son Max Speckin of Lansing, brothers Ronald 
(Susan) Speckin of Ionia, Robert (Debra) Speckin of Anderson, South Carolina, 
and Dennis (Lorraine) Speckin of Ionia; close friend Sharon Ward and her family 
of Ionia, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held.  Anyone wishing may make memorial 
contributions to the family of Brian Speckin, in care of Lake Funeral Home.
