Ionia Daily Sentinel, 2 Jul 1965

Mrs. Clara Speckin, 83, widow of the late Rev. Henry F. Speckin a former Ionia 
resident; died Thursday at her home in Big Rapids where she had lived since 
1916.

Burial will be at Ionia Highland Park cemetery at 2 p.m. Saturday.  Funeral 
service is at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Lutheran church in Big Rapids.

Mrs. Speckin is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Harold Braendle of Big Rapids; one 
son, Leonard Speckin of Saginaw and two grandchildren.
