Lake Odessa Wave, 7 Feb 1957

Mrs. Ella May Speicher, 81, passed away Wednesday afternoon at the Finefrock
home at Woodland where she had been a patient for about a month.  She had been
ill for about three months and had been hospitalized.

She and her husband William lived on a farm on Elm Road in Campbell Township for
many years before selling their home and moving to South Ionia about 20 years
ago.  Mr. Speicher passed away, August 13, 1952, and had been employed by the
Ionia County Road Commission.  

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John (Carrie) Thomas of Clarksville; one son
Cassie of Holland; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday at 2 at the Clarksville Bible Church with
burial in the Clarksville Cemetery.
