The Ionia Standard, Friday, March 20, 1885

Dr. R. H. Spencer died at the residence of his brother, Frank D. Spencer on 
the 13th.  Deceased was a popular young man, twenty-four years of age and a 
former resident of Portland.  He has been in failing health for several years..
