Lancey C. Spitzer, 81, died Monday, June 6, at the home of her niece and her
husband, Mr. and Mrs. Al. L. Kimmel, of Lake Odessa with whom he has made his
home for the past three years.  A retired farmer, he was born near Lowell in
Kent county and spent much of his life near Lansing and Charlotte.

Surviving are nieces and nephews.

Services will be held from Pickens funeral chapel in Lake Odessa Wednesday at 2
p.m. with the Rev. Overshire of Woodland officiating.  Burial will be at Maple
Hill cemetery in Charlotte.
