The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, February 24, 1972
A former Belding resident, Glen B. Sprague, 86, of Dearborn died Tuesday in a 
Rochester hospital.  Born in Montcalm county, November 30, 1885, he was the 
son of Warren and Mary Louise Sprague.  He was married to Hattie L. Eddy, who 
died in 1964.  He was a former maintenance worker at Gibson’s products.  

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Fred Duren of Dearborn, two grandchildren and 
seven great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at 
Huffman funeral home in Belding.  Rev. Wilfred Wood will officiate and 
interment will be at Green cemetery, Ionia County. Visitation hours at the 
funeral home are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m.
