Ionia County News - Thurs. Feb. 4, 1937

Rites for Dean Squier, 48 of 2314 Calvert avenue, Detroit, were held at two 
o’clock, Friday afternoon, January 29, in Cooper Brothers Mortuary, 10400 Mack 
avenue.

Mr. Squier, a cashier in the collector of internal revenue office died 
Wednesday. He was born in Ionia and had lived in Detroit for 18 years. He was a 
member of the First Church of Christ Scientist and of the Elks.

Surviving are his widow, Mabel; three sons, Alan, Dean, Jr., and Donald; two 
sisters, Mrs. E.A. Horrigan and Myrtle Squier, and a brother, Cuyler Squier.
