Alvin Stahl Passes Away
Alvin Stahl, 82, retired farmer, Route 1, Clarksville passed away Friday afternoon
at Sunshine Hospital in Grand Rapids after a long illness.

A native of Campbell township he was the son of John and Eliza Stahl and was a
lifelong resident of the Clarksville area. He was a member of the Bowne Mennonite Church.

Surviving are his wife Emma Pearl; three brothers: Ray of Clarksville; George of 
Indianapolis, Ind., and Fred of Alto; and a sister Mrs. Ora (Namot) Mier of Kouts,
Indiana.

Funeral services were held Monday at 1:30 at the Memonite church with burial in the
Bowne Mennonite cemetery. Rev. Daniel Zook officiated. Arrangements by the Pickens Funeral
Chapel.
