Sentinel-Std. - Tuesday, July 13, 1948

Perry D. Staines, 76, died Monday, July 12, at his farm home in Bushnell county 
after an illness of several months.

Mr. Staines was born May 26, 1872 at the home where he died. He married Lyda A. 
Allen in 1893. She died in 1921.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. William Soules of near Sheridan, three 
sons, Lynn S., Don B., and Kenneth J., all of Fenwick; 12 grandchildren and five 
great- grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 15 from the Stebbins funeral home 
in Sheridan. The Rev. Charles Hart will officiate and interment will be in the 
Bushnell cemetery.
