Ionia Sentinel Standard, 18 Jun 1990

Greta B. Stambaugh, 91, of Lake Odessa died June 15 at Ionia County Memorial 
Hospital.  Born in Sebewa Township Aug. 22, 1898, she was the daughter of D. C. 
and Sarah Ada Ingalls.  She was married to John Stambaugh Jan. 31, 1917; he 
died April 26, 1978.

Surviving are two daughters, Virginia Myers and Vivian Eastman, both of Lake 
Odessa; and a daughter in law, Carmen Stambaugh, of Indiana; nine 
grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren; and 
one sister, Iva Dunlap.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Rosier Funeral Home, Mapes-
Fisher Chapel, Sunfield, with the Rev. Harold R. Cherry officiating.  Burial 
will be in East Sebewa Cemetery.  The family will be at the funeral home Monday 
from 7 to 9 p.m.
