Anna Stambaugh Dies in California

Mrs.Anna C.L. Stambaugh, 76, died Friday at Lodi, Calif., where she had resided 
for the past 15 years moving there from Charlotte. She was born April 6, 1895, 
in Orange township, the daughter of James and Hannah (Ward) Beardsley and 
married Clyde Stambaugh in August of 1912.

Mrs. Stambaugh was a member of the United Brethren Church while in Michigan and 
attended the Nazarene Church at Lodi.

Surviving are her husband; two sons, Richard of Lodi and Duane of Marquette; a 
daughter Mrs.Ray (Phyllis) Boise of Nashville; 11 grand children ad a brother, 
Rev. Vernon Beardsley of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel, Rev. 
Harold Cherry officiated with burial in the Woodland Memorial cemetery.
