Ionia Sentinel Standard, 4 Feb 1941

Funeral services will be attended Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Belding for Mrs. Lavina
Walker Stanton, wife of John Wallington Stanton, who died at the home of her
daughter Mrs. Peter Timmer, of Fremont.  Rev. Hubert S. Ellis will officiate. 
Mrs. Stanton was a sister of Mrs. Smith Nichols of Belding.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in River Ridge Cemetery.]
