The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, April 23, 1940

Dr. George A. Stanton, a practicing physician for years at Belding, died 
Sunday night in the Presbyterian hospital, Los Angeles, Cal.  Dr. and Mrs. 
Stanton had been spending the winter with their son, Delbert, in Inglewood, 
Cal.

Surviving also is a daughter, Beatrice Stanton, of LaGrange, Ill.
