The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, January 24, 1961
Service was held in Ionia Monday afternoon for William O. Stanton, 72, of 508 
Monroe Street, Grand Haven who died Thursday afternoon at Grand Haven 
Municipal hospital.  The Rev. Harold A. Jayne, pastor of First Methodist 
church, officiated and interment was at Orleans Cemetery.  Bearers were 
Willis, Wilbur, Wayne, Willard, Francis and Donald Stanton.

Relatives attended from Davison, Flint, Lansing, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, 
Nunica, Montague, Battle Creek, Orleans, Hastings, Okemos, Ionia, Sheridan and 
Indianapolis, Indiana.
