Belding Banner, 27 Mar 1902, page 5

Mr. and Mrs. John W. Stanton, former residents of Belding, arrived Saturday
evening with the remains of their youngest son, a lad of fourteen years.  The
funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the residence of Miss Alice
Walker, sister of Mrs. Stanton, Dr. I.S. Morris officiating.  The boy has been a
paralytic for some years.  They are residents of Hart.
