David Charles Stark, 57, of Ionia, passed away Friday, May 9, 2003 in Ionia, 
after nine months of illness.  He was born in Wayne, on April 13, 1946, the 
son of Douglas and Joan (Stecker) Stark.

David was in the Navy for four years 1964—1968.  He spent most of his life in 
Ionia County.  He was a good dad and will be sadly missed by his family.

He is survived by his daughters, Rachel Stark of Sydney, Amanda (David) Engles 
of Greenville; mother, Joan Stark of Ionia; brother, Richard (Rebecca) Stark 
of Lowell; grandson, Jesse Mason; granddaughters, Regan Mason, Magen Engles; 
nieces and nephews, Dan, Tanya, Jason and great nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.  
Arrangements were cared for by Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.
