ASELINE A.STARKS 1931-2016
Adeline A. Starks, age 85 of Ionia, Michigan, peacefully went to heaven on Nov. 
10, 2016. She was born March 24, 1931 in Lake Odessa, Michigan the daughter of 
Augustus and Lizzy (Kauffman) Jackson. Adeline married Earl Starks Jr. on Feb. 
24, 1949, he passed away in 1978. She was a member of the Lyons VFW Ladies 
Auxiliary. She loved gardening, crafting and crocheting. Adeline also loved 
music and the Detroit Tigers. Her biggest love was her family.

Adeline is survived by her children, Steven (Peg) Starks, Ronald (Carol) Starks, 
Kay Lynn (Dennis) Mitchell, Onnette (Rick) Feehan, all of Ionia, Michigan; 
grandchildren, Nicholas (Dawn) Starks, Julie (Spencer) Stewart, Brian Starks, 
Bradley (Jesssica) Starks, Brent (Donna) Starks, Nicholas (Samantha) Mitchell, 
Nathan Mitchell, Marilyn (Benjamin) Cummings, Kara (Katherine) Feehan, Ashley 
(Todd Piselli) Feehan; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters Grace Kenyon of Niles, MI 
and Marie (Roy) Crawford of Alabama.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 11 siblings; and a very 
special man in her life, Howard Worden, who passed in 2006.

Services for Adeline will be held at the lake Funeral Home in Ionia on Tuesday, 
Nov. 15, at 11 AM with Pastor Cliff Allen Officiating. A visitation will be 
Monday from 4-7 at the Funeral home. Those wishing may make memorial
