LARRY LEROY STARKS
Larry Leroy Starks, 75, of Ionia passed away March 9, 2016. He was born July 20, 
1940 in Mecosta County, Michigan, the son of Howard and Sylvia (Shippell) 
Starks.

Larry enjoyed going moose hunting, playing cribbage and euchre, eating apple 
pie, doing small engine repairs, and watching NASCAR.

Larry is survived by his children, Tammi (Bruce) Wingeier of Alto, Traci Osborn 
of Clarksville Kelly (Tony) Calduch of Florida, Teresa Davis of Germany, LeRoy 
(Stephanie) Starks of Vermontville, Lisa Abel & Sam Tobar of Alto, Penney Starks 
of Ohio and Laura Wood of Muskegon; very special friend, Mazie Patten of Ionia; 
15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Phyllis Hinkle; and 
granddaughter, Alicia Carigon.

Memorial Services will be held Monday, March 14, 11 AM at lake Funeral Home in 
Ionia with Pastor Frank Lattimore officiating. Visitation on Sunday from 1-3 PM
