             STARKWEATHER

Gay Lorraine Starkweather, 76 of Ionia passed away Monday May 6, 2024, preceded 
in death by her parents Earl and Hope Hoag, daughters Brandy Barna, Renee 
Starkweather, and Lisa Starkweather. 

Surviving; sister Lynn Beaumont, daughter Krista Starkweather-Eavey, son David 
Starkweather. Grandsons Dalton (Danielle)Speckin, Noah (Madison) Barna, Parker 
Barna. Granddaughters Champagne(Justice) Starkweather, Samantha (Gavin) Bennett, 
Makenzie (Andrew) Brown.

Gay graduated Olivet High School in 1966. She sent some time in Houston, Texas 
but returned to her home state later on.

Gay was a big Michigan Wolverines fan, she never missed a game.She enjoyed 
watching sports, reading, and spending time with her great-grandsons's Colton, 
Thomas, and Titan. She was looking forward to meeting more great grandchildren.

We welcome all to attend the memorial service at Hazel Devore Park in Muir on 
Saturday, June 29th from 2 pm-4pm.
