Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard - Wed. April 9, 1958

SARANAC- Mrs. Mae E. Stebbins, 86, died Tuesday at the Hawley convalescent home 
in Muir, where she had been a patient for the past three years.

Mrs. Stebbins was born October 2, 1871 in Easton. Her husband, Perry, preceded 
her in death several years ago.

Surviving are one son, Maurice Stebbins of Easton; one grandson, Lester 
Stebbins of Ionia; two granddaughters, Mrs. Ronald Carpenter and Miss Ann 
Stebbins of Easton; two great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Lydia Covert 
of Easton.

Funeral service will be held at the Easton Methodist church Friday at 2 p.m. 
with the Rev. Glenn McCarty officiating. Interment is to in Easton cemetery. 
The body will be at the Morris funeral home until time of the funeral.
