The Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, December 14, 1946
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Morris funeral 
home with the Rev. Philip Stein of Grand Rapids officiating.  Bearers were 
Harold and Stanley Thorpe, Stanley Eddy, Robert Smith, Gerald Adgate and Lee 
Leary.

Flowers were in charge of Pearl Blasen, Helen Dodge, Blanche Miller, Betty 
Rheinhart and Robert DeYoung.  Interment was at the Saranac cemetery.
