The Portland Observer, Wednesday, September 16, 1885
Died:  In Sebewa, Thursday September 10th, 1885, Mr. Orrin Stebbins, aged 59 
years.  The funeral services of the deceased were held at his residence under 
the direction of Portland Lodge, F.&A.M. No. 32, Mr. Stebbins being a member 
of that order; he was also one of the oldest settlers of Sebewa township and a 
large number of the friends and neighbors were present at the funeral.
