Millard B. Stedman, 65, of rural Ionia died Thursday from an apparent heart 
attack while in Tarpon Springs Fla.

Funeral services were at Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan at 3:30 pm April 9 
the Rev. Elmer Catterjohn of Palo Baptist church officiating.

Mr. Stedman was born in Ronald township, February 4, 1908, and married Ruth 
Cantine, April 3, 1930 in Potterville.

He was employed as a farmer and school bus driver in the Palo area, and was a 
member of Ronald township grange, as well as the Palo Masonic lodge.

Surviving besides his wife are three sons; one daughter and nine grandchildren.

Also surviving is one sister, Mrs. Lester Maxwell of Ionia; two half sisters, 
Mrs. George Humphrey of Ionia and Mrs. Keith Tanner of Greenville

Graveside services were conduce by Palo Masonic lodge and burial was in Woodard 
Lake cemetery in Ronald township.
