The Portland Observer, Thursday, March 6, 1924

Pauline Ethelyn, the 18-months-old baby of Mr. and Mrs. John Stemlar, of 
Sebewa, died last Thursday night following a short illness.  The funeral was 
held at the home, Sunday, with Rev. Hoffman, pastor of the U.B. church in 
charge.  Besides the father and mother, a twin sister, two other sisters and 
two brothers survive.
