Belding Banner News-Thurs. Dec. 20, 1962

FRANK E. STEPHAN
Frank E. Stephan, 24, 709 Moulton St., died Friday, Dec. 14, as the result of
injuries received in an automobile accident on M-57 in Greenville.

Mr. Stephan was born July 31, 1938 in Chicago. He is survived by his wife, the
former Shanna Spencer, and a four month-old daughter, Sally Jo.

Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Stephan, Belding; a sister,
Elaine, Belding; grandfather, Michael Skopec, Greenville, and several aunts and uncles,
nieces and nephews.

A graduate of Belding High School in 1957, Mr. Stephan served in the Navy from 1957
to 1959. He was a member of St. Joseph's church.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday at St. Joseph's church with interment in River
Ridge cemetery. The Rev. Fr. C. E. Steves officiated. A Rosary was said Monday evening at
Ellis Funeral Home.
