Robert A. Stevens III, age 20, died January 27, 1996.  Born April 30, 1975 in 
Lansing.  Mr. Stevens attended the West Sebewa Church of Christ.  Preceded in 
death by his grandfather, Robert A. Stevens, Sr.  Surviving are his girl 
friend, Karen Barker; parents, Robert A. and Mary Stevens of Portland; 1 
brother, Eric at home; 3 sisters, Anne, Katelyn and Taylor all at home; 
grandparents, Roger and Patricia Hoolsema of Coopersville and Ruth and Jay 
Purdy of Wyoming; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be 
held Tuesday, January 30, 2 p.m. at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. Neller Chapel, 
210 Bridge Street, Portland with Mr. John G. Piercefield, Minister of West 
Sebewa Church of Christ, officiating.  Interment will follow in Portland 
cemetery.  Friends may call at the Chapel beginning Monday 5 p.m. where the 
family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m.
