Marjorie B. Stevens, 81, of Saranac passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2004, in 
Grand Rapids.  She was born August 28, 1922 in Battle Creek the daughter of 
Clair and Amanda (Eversole) Brimmer.  She married William Arthur Stevens 
August 19, 1946 who preceded her in death.  She was a member of St. Anthony’s 
Catholic Church of Saranac.

Marjorie is survived by her son, William Grant and Shawn Stevens of Flint; 
daughter Susan Marie and Alan Huver of Saranac; grandchildren, Amanda and 
William.  She was preceded in death by one sister Ruth Frazier.

Memorial services are 11 a.m. Wednesday August 11, 2004 at Congregational 
United Church, 22 S. Church St., Galesburg, MI  49503 with Priscilla McDougal 
officiating.  Graveside services are 2:30 p.m. at FT Custer with Father Joseph 
Thachet officiating.  Local arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Saranac
