The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, February 17, 1953


Mrs. Eileen Stewart, 38, died Monday, February 16, at 8:10 a.m. at her home in 
Lansing.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Thomas of 525 Hall street, she was graduated 
from Ionia high school in 1933.  She was married in 1943 to Clement F. Stewart 
and has lived in Lansing and Dewitt since then. She was a member of the Dewitt 
Methodist church.

Surviving are the husband, a son, Charles T., 5; her parents; a sister, Mrs. 
Fern Hatadis, of Lansing; and a brother, Harry Thomas, Jr., of Port Huron.

Funeral services will be held at the Estes-Leadley funeral home in Lansing 
Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment will be in the Highland Park cemetery, Ionia.
