   Excerpts from Ionia Obituary

     JAMES "TOM" T. STEWART

Died October 22, 2025-age 88 in Lansing, MI.
Born December 11, 1936 in Jackson,MI to James M.& Mary Ann (Renfer) Stewart.
He was educated at St.Johns School, grades 1 through 12, in Jackson & later 
attended the University of Detroit & finally Michigan State University where he 
graduated with a BS in Mathematics & an MBA in Production Management.
He served 3 years in the  Army & finally worked for & retired from IBM after 25 
years.
Survived by several nieces & nephews.
Tom never married but had a life partner, Dan Kenneth Roberts of Detroit for 22 
1/2 years.That ended when Dan passed away from Multiple Myeloma after being 
exposed to Agent Orange during his military service in Vietnam.
He lived in Michigan, Texas, & California over a span of 31 years.
He moved back to Michigan from California in 2009 & lived in Lansing until his 
passing.
No memorial service is planned & his ashes will be spread in the Graying, MI 
area & from the shore of Lake Superior.

further information.
He asks that you plant a tree or some perennial flowers in his memory.
