The Portland Review, Wednesday, November 5, 1965

LeRoy (Roy) E. Stiffler, 76, of 350 East Street died at his home October 27, 
1965.  A resident of the Eagle and Portland area for more than 60 years he is 
survived by his wife Reva; a son Rodney, two grandchildren and four great 
grandchildren, all of Eagle; and a brother Forrest of Houghton Lake.  

Funeral services were Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Neller Funeral Home with Rev. 
Christenson officiating.  Pall bearers were Gladwin Knapp, Sam Burman, Laben 
Smith, Nathen Peake, Bert Lehman, Elmer Sumner.
