The Lake Odessa Wave, Thursday, January 17, 1929
Gideon Stinchcomb, a farmer of Sebewa, near Sunfield, and well known in this 
section died at his home Monday.  Mr. Stinchcomb suffered a stroke of 
paralysis several months ago from which he never fully recovered.

He leaves a wife and one son, Leon of Alma, who is a graduate of Lake Odessa 
high school.  Also two brothers Edgar and Monroe of Sunfield.

The funeral was held Wednesday.  Burial at the Baptist cemetery.
