Ionia Standard, 27 Dec 1895

Herman M. Stone died at Detroit, Dec. 20th, of pneumonia.  Mr. Stone was a 
resident of Ionia seven or eight years, working as a telegraph operator, but for 
about fifteen years has been located in Detroit, serving as cashier for the 
American Express company.  He and Frank Tyler married sisters, both now left 
widows, who are cousins to Mrs. H. A. Cornell of this city.  Mr. Stone also 
leaves one child.
