Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Thurs. March 16, 2000

Thelma Stone, 92, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Lowell and St. Clair, 
passed away March 12, 2000.

She was born Sept. 5, 1907, in Grindstone City, the daughter of William and 
Edith (Johnson) Hunter.

She married John Rathburn Sr. in 1930. He preceded her in death in 1974.

She married Arleigh Stone in 1976 and he preceded her in death in 1987.

She is survived by her son John (Coralie) Rathburn of Las Vegas; sister, Greta 
(Harold) Kettner of Lowell; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and 
many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services for Mrs. Stone will be held on Friday, March 17, 2000, at 1 
p.m. at the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with the Rev. Kenneth Harger 
officiating. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation will be on Thursday from 6 until 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
