RONALD Twp. - Marjorie H. Stone, 87, of Ronald Twp. died Thursday, Dec. 7, 1995 
at the Heartland Health Center of Ionia.

She was born Feb. 19, 1908 in Ronald township, the daughter of Henry D. and 
Myrtle (Smith) Patrick. She married Floyd N. Stone on Dec. 31, 1930 in Bryan 
Ohio. She was educated at County Normal and Western Michigan University. She 
was a teacher at Ionia County Schools for 13 years and was also a Life Member 
of the Ionia Eastern Stars for over 50 years, in which she was very active and 
was the president in 1949.

Surviving are her husband of nearly 65 years, Floyd N. Stone; son-in-law; half 
sister, Esther Sigovrney of Fla; and step-sister Ruth Griswold of Palo.

She was preceded in death by  her daughter, Irene Brail; in Nov. 1995, brother 
James Patrick and step-brother Paul Witt(e)

Arrangements by Cook funeral home, Ionia
Burial in Woodard Lake cemetery.
