Mrs. Eliza J. Storey, 94, of 457 King street died at the Ionia Rest Home 
Friday, March 6, at 8:30 p.m.  She had been a patient there since Dec. 14.  She 
was born Dec. 16, 1858, in Toronto.  On Oct. 26, 1882, she was married in 
Toronto to James Storey.  Following their wedding they moved to Michigan.  Mrs. 
Storey lived for 60 years at her home on King street.  Her husband died Nov. 
29, 1937.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian church and was life member of both 
the O.E.S. and the American Legion auxiliary.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Etta Danner of Ann Arbor, Mrs. Frances 
Elliott of Dearborn and Mrs. Ethel Boardman of Detroit; a son, William C. of 
Knox, Indiana; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. 
Sarah Seaborne, of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Myers funeral home.  The Rev. George 
L. Rentschler will officiate.  Interment will be in Highland Park cemetery.
